I know what Therapy is, but how is Coaching different?

Coaching and therapy have similarities but use different approaches. Coaching is primarily focused on what is happening now in one’s life, what’s getting in the way of change, and strategies to move forward to a desired outcome. Client and coach work in partnership to create a plan to support the client and provide accountability.

Both therapy and coaching can be useful in one’s life, and can even be used in tandem.

How long will I need coaching and how much is the investment?

This depends on what you’d like to accomplish.

I offer a five-month coaching package, with four sessions a month.

Investment is $2,500 pay-in-full OR $500/month.

Many clients choose to renew for a second coaching package.

May I schedule an intro call first?

Yes! I offer a free one hour consultation to see if we’re a good match to work together.

Will I be coached on video or audio?

Both are effective and I can accommodate either option.
